Inside and Out is an introspective reflection of emotions and patterns. The project has two major components:

– record, code and reflect my emotions throughout 49 days

– output to a physical book

The public is also welcome to participate in the project, where they can abide by the guidelines and go on their own emotional journey.

The book allows you to visualise and reflect on how emotions evolve and visualise patterns. The book is a conditional book and a reflective piece of design.
